Repairs:


If you believe your Interphase product is not working correctly, please first look through the FAQ's to see if there is information on the particular issue. If the problem persists, please call our toll-free customer support number (1-888-777-6627 extension 16) or email us at support@interphase-tech.com to discuss the problem with an Interphase support representative. Most times, the problem can be solved over the phone or by email.

If the representative decides your product needs to be returned to Interphase for repair, he or she will give you an "Advanced Work Order Number. Once the Advanced Workorder Number is issued:


Carefully pack your unit, include a brief description of the problem with your contact details
For In-Warranty repair, include a copy of the bill of sale showing purchase date
Mark the outside of the box with the Advanced Work Order Number and send to:

For In-Warranty Repairs Interphase, at its sole option, will repair or replace any product returned during a one year warranty period which is proven to be defective in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not cover failures due to unauthorized alternations, abuse or misuse of the product.

Replacement products and parts may be new or refurbished.
Customer must return unit prepaid to Interphase.
Interphase will pay for FEDX or UPS domestic ground shipment back to customer.
Repaired or Replacement product will be warranted for the unexpired balance of the warranty period of
the original product. Note: Additional charges apply for expedited or international return shipments.

For Out of Warranty Repairs Interphase, if repairable, will repair out of warranty products for a flat rate fee depending on product model. Currently, the flat rate fees are as follows:

rate repair charges.

Older Units :

We are only able to provide repair service on the models shown above. Unfortunately, we are unable to repair our older units due to obsolescence of parts. We do continue to sell many of the accessories, such as power cords, miscellaneous cables and transducers, and also provide an attractive upgrade program for any owner of Interphase equipment that is no longer in production - please contact us at 1-888-777-6627, ext 16 for more information.
